Overseas delegates

The 2001 World Conference against A & H Bombs was attended by of 59
overseas delegates: 53 delegates of 37 national organizations from 20
countries and 6 international/regional organizations, plus 6 representatives
of national/local governments

The International Meeting was attended by 52 delegates of 37 national
organizations from 20 countries and 7 international/regional organizations

The Hiroshima Conference was attended by 48 delegates of 36 national
organizations from 20 countries and 3 international organizations

The Nagasaki Conference was attended by 44 delegates: 44 delegates of 28
national organizations from 15 countries and 4 international organizations,
plus 5 representatives of national governments

Representatives of national/local governments were as follows:

Mr. Hasmy Agam (Permanent Representative of Malaysia to the United Nations);
Mr. Jamil Majid (Ambassador of Bangladesh to Japan); Mr. Karamchund
(Ambassador of South Africa to Japan); Mr. Andrew Hama Mtetwa (Ambassador
of Zimbabwe to Japan); Mrs. Selina Mtetwa (Embassy of Zimbabwe); and Mr. Ken
Wyatt (Chairman, Secretariat Committee, International Nuclear-Free Zones
