China's trade union delegation visits JCP

A delegation of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions (Zhonggonghui)
led by Secretary Ji Minbo visited the Japanese Communist Party head office
in Tokyo on October 24.

The 6-member Zhonggonghui delegation of the Chinese national trade union
center was visiting Japan at the invitation of the National Confederation of
Trade Unions (Zenroren).

The delegation was received by Yamaguchi Tomio, JCP Standing Executive
Committee member and House of Representatives member.

Yamaguchi said, "Your visit to Japan at this time will contribute to the
development of friendship and exchanges not only between Zenroren and
Zhonggonghui, but between our two peoples."

Explaining the present tasks facing the Chinese trade union movement, Ji
Minbo expressed hope to learn from what Zenroren has experienced in the
effort to protect workers' interests. (end)
