 JCP chair receives new Vietnamese ambassador Japanese Communist Party Executive Committee Chair Shii Kazuo on September 22 met with Chu Tuan Cap, the new Vietnamese ambassador to Japan, at the JCP head office in Tokyo. Shii and Cap expressed satisfaction with the relations that are continuing to develop between the JCP and the Communist Party of Vietnam.
