The All-China Federation of Trade Unions delegation led by ACFTU Deputy President Wang Ruixiang on September 26 visited the JCP head office. The delegation was visiting Japan at the invitation of the National Confederation of Trade Unions (Zenroren).

During an hour meeting with Sato Mitsuo, JCP People's Movement Commission vice chief and JCP Labor Department director, Wang said that at a time when the Japan-China relations at the government level are in difficulty, non-governmental exchanges should be increased.

Sato spoke about the results of the general election, the prime minister's Yasukuni Shrine visits, and the failed promotion of a history textbook glorifying the war of aggression at junior high schools. -- Akahata, September 27, 2005
