Constitutional revision procedure bill is undemocratic and must be scrapped: JCP Ichida

Ichida severely criticized the ruling parties by stating, gThe forcible passage of the bill in the House of Representatives is absolutely incompatible with the basic rules of parliamentary democracy.h
