Japanese Communist Party Vice Chair Ogata Yasuo on July 18 attended a reception held at the office of the Delegation of the European Union in Tokyo for outgoing EU Ambassador to Japan Viorel Isticioaia-Budura.

Ogata expressed his appreciation for the ambassador’s services during his four-year tenure and had a friendly conversation with the ambassador.
