Constitutional revision procedure bill is undemocratic and must be scrapped: JCP Ichida

Ichida severely criticized the ruling parties by stating, gThe forcible passage of the bill in the House of Representatives is absolutely incompatible with the basic rules of parliamentary democracy.h
