Shii tells Hatoyama that JCP will constructively engage with new government as opposition party
Japanese Communist Party Chair Shii Kazuo on September 10 held talks with Democratic Party of Japan President Hatoyama Yukio in the Diet and formally conveyed the JCP's position of constructively engaging with the incoming DPJ-led government. The two leaders agreed to meet from time to time to exchange opinions.
