[Editorial]On 60th anniversary of Japan-ROK diplomatic normalization, Japan should express remorse for its past brutal colonial rule
It has been 60 years since Japan and South Korea signed the Treaty on Basic Relations between Japan and the Republic of Korea. The need is for Japan to show a proactive stance in resolving issues stemming from its past war of aggression and colonial rule.
