Shii issues statement protesting Putin’s visit to Etorofu
Russian President Putin visited Etorofu Island in the Chishima Islands, which are Japanese territory, for the first time, thereby asserting Russia’s claim to the Islands. JCP CC Chair Shii issued a statement in protest against this visit.
