JCP Koike on PM Takaichi’s demand to delete ‘enemy state’ clauses: Japanese gov’t must first express remorse for past aggression
JCP Secretariat Head Koike acknowledged that removing the “enemy state” clauses from the UN Charter is a natural progression. He, however, stated that the government needs a clear acknowledgment of, and remorse for, its past war of aggression.
