    JCP Secretariate Head Koike Akira protested against North Korea's launch of ballistic missiles several days in a row and pointed out that North Korea's escalating military provocations "are threatening peace and security in East Asia and the rest of the word".

    JCP member of the House of Councilors Inoue Satoshi visited the UN World Food Programme (WFP) Japan Relation Office and submitted five million yen in donations that the JCP had collected for relief to earthquake sufferers in Turkey and Syria.
