Ogata and Kasai attend reception celebrating 78th anniversary of Vietnamese independence |
Japanese Communist Party Vice Chair and International Commission Chair Ogata Yasuo and JCP member of the House of Representatives Kasai Akira on September 6 attended a reception held in Tokyo to celebrate the 78th anniversary of Vietnamese independence.
The two extended their congratulations to Vietnamese Ambassador to Japan Pham Quang Hieu and had warm conversations with party guests.
