Shii: Killing of Ali Khamenei is an outrageous act violating international law

Japanese Communist Party Central Committee Chair Shii Kazuo on March 1 posted the following comment regarding the assassination of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on his X account:

“Regardless of any fabricated justification, U.S. President Trump has no right to assassinate the supreme leader of an independent sovereign state. I am horrified by this utterly illegal act of U.S. aggression which clearly violates international law. I strongly condemn it.”
