Realignment agreement allows U.S. forces in Okinawa to do anything they want

The Japanese government claims that the realignment of U.S. forces in Japan will reduce Okinawans’ base burdens, but this is nothing but a big sham as proved by actual actions of the U.S. forces.

Shii criticizes Abe for his remarks on wartime sex slavery

“The JCP strongly urges the prime minister to retract his remarks that revoke his promise to uphold the Kono Statement and immediately break with such words and deeds that distort the historical facts,” said Shii.

JCP Chair Shii criticized Abe by stating, “What we are witnessing is the head of the executive branch of government interfering in the business of the legislative branch by giving a command to enact the bill by May 3.”
