Education Ministry exerts pressure on public junior high school in Nagoya

It has come to light that the Education Ministry pressed a Nagoya City-run junior high school to submit personal information of participants and video data regarding a class given by an ex-ministry bureaucrat who testified about Prime Minister Abe’s involvement in the “Kake Gakuen” scandal.

Union workers go on nationwide strike

Union workers across the nation took part in strikes, rallies, and demonstrations in protest against responses (1,500-yen hike in monthly base pay) given by major companies in wage talks.

Alteration of official documents and Nippon Kaigi

The documents regarding the super-discounted sale of state-owned land to school corporation "Moritomo Gakuen" hint at a special relationship between Kagoike Yasunori (then school president) and Mr. and Mrs. Abe. Both Kagoike and Abe are key members of the rightist group "Nippon Kaigi".
