DYLJ holds 45th Congress amid upturn in the number of new members

The Democratic Youth League of Japan (DYLJ) held its 45th Congress. DYLJ Chair Nishikawa Ryuhei said that the league has brought in 1,276 new members through its campaign calling for a turn away from neoliberal policies.
