On occasion of Blinken-Xi talks, both US and China should stop taking military action

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken recently visited China and held talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Chinese top diplomat Wang Yi. They could not bring about concrete outcomes toward resolution of serious issues, but the direct dialogue between high-ranking officials of both countries was a significant event.

Shii: 211th ordinary Diet session exposed unscrupulousness of 4-party coalition

The 150-day ordinary session of the Diet closed on June 21. JCP Chair Shii at a JCP meeting highlighted that JCP lawmakers during the session shed light on the true nature of the major arms buildup (5-year, 43 trillion-yen budget) by the Kishida government seeking to put Japan at the forefront of the U.S. military strategy to counter China.

JCP holds street campaign in support for 'Pride Month'

The Japanese Communist Party Gender Equality Commission held a street campaign near Shinjuku Station in Tokyo in support for global "Pride Month", displaying banners in rainbow colors.
