JCP chair criticizes Aso’s mid-term goal for Japan’s emissions cut

The only alternative should be for Japan to set the goal of a 30 percent cut by 2020 by firmly upholding the 1990 levels as its basis. The 30 percent cut is what the JCP has proposed.”
