Ogata attends outgoing Vietnamese minister’s farewell reception

Japanese Communist Party Vice Chair Ogata Yasuo on July 5 attended a reception for outgoing Vietnamese minister to Japan Nguyen Minh Ha.

The reception was hosted by Vietnamese Ambassador to Japan Nguyen Phu Binh at the Vietnamese Embassy in Tokyo.
