Japanese Communist Party Vice Chair Ogata Yasuo on March 3 attended a reception held at the Algerian Embassy in Tokyo to mark the country’s 47th Independence Day and celebrate Algeria-Japan friendship.

Ogata conveyed congratulations to Algerian Ambassador Sid Ali Ketrandji.
