Japanese Communist Party Central Committee Chair Shii Kazuo on June 4 sent a congratulatory message to new South Korean President Lee Jae-myung of the Democratic Party of Korea. JCP International Commission Vice Chair Kasai Akira on the same day visited the South Korean Embassy in Tokyo and handed to Counsellor You Dong Hyun the JCP CC Chair Shii’s message to President Lee.
