Japanese Communist Party Vice Chair Ogata Yasuo, who is in charge of the JCP International Commission, on October 18 attended a reception held by Cuban Ambassador to Japan Miguel Angel Ramirez Ramos at the Cuban Embassy in Tokyo for the visiting Deputy Foreign Minister of Cuba Josefina de la Caridad Vidal Ferreiro.

Ogata had a friendly conversation with the deputy minister and greeted the ambassador.
