He is a 27-year-old U.S. serviceman stationed at U.S. Camp Zukeran (Camp Foster) in Okinawa.

According to police, the marine’s car hit a Japanese woman’s car around 9 p.m. on a street in Okinawa’s Kitanakagusuku Village. Policemen who rushed to the spot measured an alcohol level twice the legal limit in his breath. The woman was not injured.
