Japanese Communist Party Chair Tamura Tomoko in her interpellation at a plenary session of the House of Councilors demanded direct support for wage increases at small- and medium-sized enterprises.
JCP representative Shii Kazuo in his interpellation at the House plenary session demanded that the government give first priority to the recovery of the quake-hit region and cancel the promotion of nuclear power generation and the 2025 Osaka World Expo.
JCP Chair Tamura Tomoko in regard to a policy speech Prime Minister Kishida Fumio delivered said, “He does not understand people’s anger and sufferings at all. This is an empty policy; he has no intent to respond to public demands.”
